The San Diego Prowlers Hot Rod Club, Making Hot Rod History Today

Currently the Prowlers have 13 members who drive their cars often.  During the summer months you will likely find us at the El Cajon Cruise on Wednesday evenings and in Escondido on Friday evenings. On any Saturday or Sunday you will see us frequenting a car show or cruising together around the mountain roads in the back county of San Diego. Times are very good. See our news section for Prowlers making history today - some older members along with some newer members keeping the tradition alive and well.

Just to give you an idea of how the blood runs once you've been a Prowler here's a picture of 9 of our charter members at one of our "Ol' Timers" picnics. The cool thing about this picture is the fact that the member standing at the left in the back row is Dick Wilson the original # 1 member of the San Diego Prowlers wearing his original club jacket. Dick is presently in the process of building another hot rod.  Way to go Dick!
